What to report
Send the tool or page name, the result you expected, what happened, and the browser and device involved. For calculation errors, include non-sensitive sample inputs. For file tools, describe the format, approximate size, page count, and relevant file feature without attaching confidential material.
How reports are assessed
We reproduce the issue when possible, compare the behavior with the implemented formula or processing method, and consult an authoritative source when the disputed fact requires one. Security-sensitive reports are handled carefully and should not include exploit data that puts other users at risk.
How corrections are published
Confirmed issues are corrected in the interface, logic, explanatory content, or metadata as appropriate. Material user-facing changes are recorded on the Tool Updates page. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a separate changelog entry.
No guarantee of immediate response
Reports are prioritized by impact and reproducibility. TinyTinyTools cannot promise a fixed response time, but clear evidence helps us investigate efficiently.
