Essential storage
The public tools do not require an account. Browser tools can retain temporary values in memory or local browser storage where a page explains that behavior. Your answer to the consent message is itself stored in this browser, under the key ttt-consent-v1, so you are not asked again on every page.
Analytics
Tiny Tiny Tools loads Google Analytics to count page visits and how often each tool is used successfully. Google and the hosting provider may process identifiers and request information according to their own policies.
Analytics storage is denied by default for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, using Google Consent Mode. Nothing is stored there unless the consent message on this site is accepted, and declining leaves it denied. Outside those regions analytics runs without a prompt, which is what the rest of this page assumes.
Tool pages send three analytics events besides the page view: tool_start when you first give a tool input, tool_complete when you download, copy or get a result, and tool_error when it fails. Each carries only the tool’s page name, its category, how it finished (download, copy or on-page result) and an error code from a short fixed list. None carries pasted text, a selected file or its name or size, a generated password, a camera frame, a calculation input, or an error message.
One case is worth naming precisely. The unit converters put the value you typed into the page URL so the result can be reloaded or shared, and an analytics page view records the URL it happened on. A converted number is therefore visible to analytics in a way that a file, a password, or pasted text is not. The converters say so on the page, and the value can be removed by clearing the address bar before sharing a link.
Advertising
Tiny Tiny Tools has a Google AdSense account, and /ads.txt names its publisher ID. Advertising is not currently active: no advertising script is loaded, no advertising cookie is set, and no ad unit renders anywhere on this site. The rest of this section describes what will apply if that changes.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at https://www.aboutads.info/choices.
Ads will not be placed inside file upload areas, beside primary convert, calculate, copy, or download controls, or anywhere they could be mistaken for part of a tool. Advertising cookies relate to the pages you visit — your files are processed in your browser and are not part of any advertising data.
Serving personalized ads to visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland requires a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. The consent message currently on this site is a first-party analytics prompt and is not such a platform. A certified one will be configured before any advertising is enabled.
Your controls
Browser settings can block or remove cookies and site storage. Clearing this site’s local storage also clears your consent answer, so the message appears again on your next visit. Analytics controls may also be available through browser privacy features or Google tools, and the advertising opt-out links above apply if advertising is ever enabled.
