Please name the tool or page involved, describe what happened or what you expected, and include any browser or device details that could help me understand the issue.
Protect your information
Please do not email confidential files or sensitive personal information. A clear description of the issue is usually enough for me to begin looking into it.
A useful error report
- Tool or page name and URL
- What you entered or selected, using a non-sensitive example
- What you expected and what happened instead
- Browser name and version, device type, and operating system
- File format, approximate size, and page count where relevant—without attaching confidential material
Security-sensitive reports should describe the impact carefully and avoid sending credentials, private keys, personal records, or exploit data that could put visitors at risk.
